Triathlon training: Iron Man three years

Well, [thinking, I know], I did it. I started to build an iron man five years ago. I started with the 2011 sprint triathlon, and by 2015 I started swimming with 140.6 miles, cycling and running. Walking along the back and launching is a crazy ride. I hope that anyone who wants to complete the Iron Man how to do it and how to achieve it.

First, you must immediately consider what you are trying to accomplish. Of course, considering covering 140.6 miles may seem daunting or crazy, but you must start with a determined determination from the start. Once you have this determination, you will be done.

Second, you must set realistic annual goals. I disagree with a person jumping into the triathlon and trying to complete an iron man in a year or two. This is a long-term process. Of course, if you have already got amazing shapes from another sport, you can of course complete an iron man. Anton Apollo Ohno Olympics...
