How to add speed training to your track and field training

The elliptical runway separates the infield from the surrounding environment. The track surface provides a smooth and safe environment for training. Depending on whether it is a local high school, a university or an IAAF-certified venue [possibly with a world-class Jamaican sprinter], an open-air stand or stadium bench can watch sports performances on the side of the track. Regardless of affiliation or location, the purpose of the track is clear and unambiguous; if you plan to exercise on the track, you must take care of how fast you run.
