Full moon release ceremony to clean your mind, body and spirit

The moon's cycle is 28 days, it has a great impact on our energy. When the new moon brings the energy of creation, birth, rebirth and performance, the full moon completes this cycle and brings the energy to complete, end, change and release what is no longer serving us. The full moon is the ideal time to clear the ceremony this month, which is why it is the best time to hold the launch ceremony. The full moon exudes beautiful light in our lives, illuminating things that hinder or inhibit our spiritual growth, bringing them into our consciousness so that we can recognize them and let them leave. It is time to release what is holding us back, which allows us to better align with the sacred life goals we are advancing. We may want to release anger, guilt, blame, judgment, fear, addiction, disease, past relationships, and anything else that can bring negative, lower vibrational energy into life.

When I share my twin flames, Boyd Campbell and I enjoy the release ceremony every month, I encourage you to follow your instincts and guidance and create a release ceremony that resonates with you. If the one I share with you resonates with you, that's great! If not, please change it.

This ritual can be done alone or with others. Boyd and I hold this release ceremony every month. This is our monthly cleaning and is a very important part of keeping our energy clear, bright and the highest vibration level. It also prepares us for the performance and creation of the new moon, and I will share more in the next article.

what do you need:

  • Sage or sage

  • One of the following; sweet grass smeared, cedar smear or incense, frankincense, medicinal, amber

  • feather

  • Himalayan salt [on the plate]

  • Water [on the plate]

  • Black candle

  • Selenite crystals [2]

  • Black tourmaline crystal [2]

  • Paper written with a pen or pencil

  • Smear shell or dish

  • Lighter or match

1. Start, smear yourself and your ritual area, including your altar/sacred space and saints. You can do this with white sage or white sage. Smear with sage to remove all negative energy and purify your aura and your space - this is a blank canvas for your release ceremony.

2. Now light up one of Sweet Grass Smudge, Cedar Smudge Stick or Cedar Incense, Frankincense Incense, Myrrh Incense or Amber Incense and ignite it throughout the ceremony. Choose which one will resonate with your particular ceremony.

Sweet grass: The essence of women is called the breath of Mother Earth. Its sweet vanilla scent brings the blessings of Mother Earth's love. It reminds us that the Earth provides everything we need.

Cedar: A protective drug. Cedar is used to protect places, individuals or objects from adverse effects. Cedar brings the essence and energy of the tree itself, which is very old and sensible. Cedar has a very strong spirit.

Frankincense: A resin used to cleanse and protect the soul. Frankincense is thought to relieve depression and promote fluoroscopy.

Myrrh: This resin is said to help maintain an enlightened state. It is said that it is also possible to remove the debris path that hinders the truth of a person and link it to the youth spirit.

Amber: It is said to bring love, comfort, happiness and recovery.

3. Now you will set your change/sacred space. Boyd and I usually use our desk. You want to have each of the four elements; water, earth, air and fire represent. You can do this by setting your water [water], Himalayan salt [soil], feathers [air] and igniting black candles [fire]. The black candle symbolizes protection and it also helps to absorb any negative or low vibration energy that is being released. Finally set your applicator shell or plate in your alter / sacred space.

Black tourmaline and selenite - both of which are essential for the launch ceremony. Put your crystal in your change/sacred space. You can arrange them, but you think it is right. Boyd and I usually put them in a square pattern that represents four directions. Black tourmaline is a grounding stone that absorbs negativity, cleans, purifies and converts dense energy into higher vibrations. It also balances and coordinates chakras. Selenite is a high-vibration crystal that opens your crown and higher chakras, making it a great spiritual work, bringing peace and peace. It is also a protective stone that protects people or space from outside influences. It triggers protection of the angel field and eliminates negative energy. Black tourmaline and beautiful white selenite also symbolize the balance of yin and yang energy.

Now take some time to become quiet and meditate. You can invite your guide, angel, ascendant, or anyone else you want to be with you. When you are ready, write down what you want to post on a piece of paper. You can use a few sheets of paper if necessary. When finished, roll the paper up, ignite it with a candle flame, and place it in an smeared casing or plate to burn it to ashes. Set your intentions and when the paper finishes burning, the content you write will be released. Speak out loud or say "this is it" in your mind.

That is it. When you release something that you have been carrying for a long time, you may become emotional, which is good. Go ahead. Let yourself feel what you have experienced. Accept it, send its sympathy and love, then let go. You will feel lighter, as if lifting a big weight from your shoulder!

Important factors to note:

- Use small pieces of paper to include them in the applicator shell or bowl when lighting them.

- For those who adapt to the aura, use your aura throughout the ceremony. If you have adapted to the Aura symbol, please draw on your paper.
