Elizabeth reveals radical self-care - adjusting body and mind through breathing and water

I only did the most amazing meeting in what people call self-care or radical self-care, but I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first. The idea that simple things like breathing, water and thought can change lives is something I can't grasp before checking.

So I went for an hour of consultation, met a radical self-care expert in Hawaii, and immediately made her feel relaxed. She asked me to sit down and begin to point out that my breathing or lack of breathing is the first step towards a better life.

After explaining to me the correct breathing, we continue to exercise with the diaphragm. This is amazing. I didn't realize that I used a tight diaphragm to limit my breathing/oxygen flow to my body.

Then we take the time to understand and understand the power of water and how it becomes the most undervalued information in the public. She told me that water is life, and many people take it for granted, and can't drink enough water to keep the body fully hydrated. The main reason is that there are many "water substitutes" that can stimulate people's tastes that are not interested in water [soda, flavored drinks].

Finally, the power of choice. I think that all of us are convinced of the power of thought. She spends time talking to me about the power of thought, if she seems to be under such a command. She did not talk about the power of thoughts such as money and wealth, but for peace of mind. Judging from the things she talked to with me, I have my own breakthrough and realized that on the surface, the power of thought is related to willpower; this seems to be my biggest challenge.

I want to write this to let me know that I have accepted what I consider to be a fashion sport as a way of life. The form of radical self-care is not as radical as we have gone beyond self-maintenance as a person, seeking quick fixes rather than the techniques we know by nature.

Breathe.......
