Why nutrition is important - 3 reasons why good nutrition is so important?

If you want to improve your nutrition, you need to know three things in order to live a healthier life. They are a balanced diet, the nutritional value of food and exercise.

I will explain each one in this article and show how to use them to achieve your own nutrition goals.

Why is nutrition important in a balanced diet?
If you make sure that the food you eat has real nutritional value and you do enough exercise to complete the cycle, then a balanced diet is worthwhile.

A balanced diet requires a variety of whole foods - fruits, vegetables, grains and protein sources such as beef, chicken and fish.

Our body is about 70% water and needs regular water supply to maintain the best water level. We can live for a while without food, but we can't live.

Why is nutritional value important?
Increasing the nutritional value of foods requires avoiding the reading of highly processed food and food labels to ensure that the foods contain what we expect and that they do not contain hidden sugars, saturated fats and sodium.
Most of the food we can get is processed, so it retains very little of the original nutrients. We need to find foods that retain their nutritional value and take a higher percentage of the food.
In general, we should avoid adding additives such as sugars and condiments, or keep them to a minimum. Soft drinks will provide the liquid we need, but with limited nutritional value, it is best to avoid it.

Why is nutrition important for exercise?
Exercise should be seen as a very important part of the nutrition triangle, including the food we eat and the water we drink. Ample exercise is critical to our health.

Exercise consumes calories that we need to supplement, or to remove fat stored in the body. High levels of exercise require the same level of nutrition to maintain a healthy balance.

The amount of water we need will increase as the level of exercise increases, and our calorie consumption will increase as the level of exercise increases.

We get energy from the food we eat, so it's important to eat enough nutritious food. When we eat a variety of foods, we produce a balanced diet.

If we want to lose weight, we can use exercise to consume excess calories and monitor our nutritional intake to maintain or improve our health.

We need to balance exercise levels with nutrition and water.
