Pay tribute to Globalpinoy nurse

Of course, every Pinoy knows that there is at least one nurse who is planning or working abroad; whether it is relatives, friends, acquaintances, or neighbors where you see white people walking. I call it a white liar - no, not a white walker, although they sometimes look like zombies after covering multiple clinics or hospital shifts!

They used to be bloody students, directly providing a lot of information directly to their tireless brains, not to mention the exhaustion of clinical and laboratory time, and the courage to pass the certification and test legends.

Where are they now?

1. In foreign countries, as a doctor to achieve their dreams. Yey!

2. In foreign countries, realize your dreams and do other things. Wow!

3. In our beloved country, realize your dreams as a doctor [respect!].

4. In our beloved country, we excel in another area and hope to still be able to live through the care process. Cheers!

Their influence

It is irrefutable that nurses do take care of the community, not other professionals. In addition to health science, they not only provide care and compassion for patients, but also provide care and compassion for their superiors, colleagues, friends, family and compatriots. Of course, they send money, but they also help improve our overall economic situation and in the process raise the standards of the global healthcare business [or their industry].

challenge

About 19,000 Pinoy nurses leave work abroad each year, mainly to get a higher salary and a more reasonable workload. Now, for those who are lucky and lasting, they can get enough experience to consider working overseas. The rest of the people spend time and energy to enhance their lives as representatives of IT, BPO, RPO, finance, insurance, officials, professionals and even executives. All of this leads to - yes, you are right - there are not enough nursing staff at the PH hospital.

Your sharing

While legislators are making enough efforts to improve the wages and benefits of government employees and nurses, there is no harm in enjoying the best way to appreciate white scammers. Respect the nurses assigned to you, or the nurses you walk on the street every day. Talk to them about health, hygiene, diet or anything reasonable; believe me, we know more than just taking your blood pressure.

Join me for cheering #GlobalPinoy nurses around the world because our goal is to improve their situation anywhere [respect!]. If you have any questions or comments, please write to cpguanzon@gdfi.ph.
