I grew up on a farm in the Midwest. I have been engaged in a lot of manual labor for many years. I lifted and carried thousands of hay and straw bales. I am holding corn and buckets. I took a bag of lime and feed. I dug the hole behind the fence. I took the metal fence to the ground. I pushed the cart and occasionally waved the sledgehammer. I am carrying rocks and chunks of wood. I pushed the broom and pushed the doubles. I occasionally climbed an 80-foot silo. I have traveled all over our property. All of these activities helped me build a strong foundation for physical health. I have never been "deformed."
