High school wrestling: aerobic fitness choice

Was the wrestling a 6-minute race like a marathon? No. Wrestling is similar to a six-minute race running 5K? No, say it again. Sometimes wrestlers will do a lot of competitions in order to find themselves "out of breath" before the end of the game. So what do wrestlers do? I will discuss some aerobic exercises about wrestling adjustment.

First of all, wrestling is mainly an anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic means "no oxygen." Wrestling relies mainly on ATP-PC and glycolysis energy systems. The ATP-PC energy system provides up to about 10 seconds of exercise energy. Imagine a track and field athlete sprinting 100 meters. The Glycolytic Energy System provides kinetic energy for approximately 10 seconds to 2 minutes.
