One of the problems I encountered when considering the preparation of the complete Triathlon Triathlon was planned. In the early days of my triathlon, I just flew over it and picked up the tricks from here and there. As I progressed in distance, I started using the Time Crunched triathlon program, which was based on exercising in less time in a week.
The book describes these plans best for the Sprint and Olympic Distance competitions. I can of course prove that they really work for these distances.
This book does include a 70.3 plan that tells you that the program will help you reach the end, but it does not guarantee your competitiveness. I think this plan really allows me to finish the 70.3 game.
I know that I need to change my plan to participate in this year's triathlon training.
