"The Secret of Senior Students: Tips, Tools, and Techniques for Helping High Schools and Universities." Stefanie Weisman is full of tactics to complete what she claims at the name, Ace High School, and the college. This book is an excellent book for students who want to do better at school. Following Weisman's advice will not only help you get better results, but you can also learn more.
I did a good job in high school and college, but not as good as Wesman. Her accomplishments are very impressive, and in addition to her own first-hand knowledge, she also includes many other skills and strategies to excel in school education. [Valdictorians like Weisman, Rhodes School, Fulbright Scholar, Intel Science Fair finalists, National Spelling Bee champion and other similar people.] I read this book because I talked to students and worked with them, I also want to see See what it is going to happen to my daughter. This is a time when she is older, I will definitely read her, but since she asked her why she should wait, maybe I will let her read it again when she starts high school.
What I really like is that this book is more than just another book on how to learn. It goes far beyond this. While it does include advice on how to maximize learning, it also provides information about the entire learning experience, including why you want to be a better student.
A section on motivation, time management, how to care for your body will improve your mind and the ability to learn, learn and earn good grades. It's important to have a chapter on navigation in academia games. The actual learning skills are divided into what you should do in the classroom, how to take notes, learn to read the school, hone your homework skills, how to write a thesis, and prepare and take the exam.
The book also includes useful exercises to help students practice what they have learned in taking notes, staying motivated, and more. Again, I like this book to talk about lifestyle tips and tricks, not just learning skills. There are many things that can affect your grades during high school and college. This is not just how you write papers and take exams. The book has done a great job in covering many areas and offers a lot of practical advice without going too far and providing students with another large textbook. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be a top student.
