The word chakra means spinning wheel. From the perspective of yoga, the chakra is the fusion of human energy, emotional thought and body. These chakras are how we deal with different situations, how we deal with reality, our emotional reactions, our dislikes or desires, the amount of confidence we carry and the decisive factors of what we worry about.
In order to maintain a healthy mind, body and soul, it is very important to always keep energy flowing through these chakras. When this energy is blocked in the chakra, it can cause mental, physical and emotional imbalances that can lead to anxiety, indigestion and lethargy. Our idea is to keep these energies flowing freely, which can be achieved by regular practice and pranayama and other yoga exercises.
There are six main chakras in the body, as shown below:
1. Muladhara - "root chakra" is located at the bottom of the spine, almost at the tailbone. It is responsible for the instinctive impulses associated with food, survival, sleep and sex. It also controls our fears and the things we are trying to avoid.

2. Svadhishthana - "pelvic chakra" is associated with the reproductive organs, the adrenal glands and the genitourinary system.

3. Manipura - "navel wheel" or "jewelry city" is represented by yellow. This chakra is related to the digestive system as well as personal strength, anxiety, fear, introversion and opinion formation.

4. Anahata - TheAnahata or "The heart is related to pink and green. The main problems associated with this chakra are complex emotions, kindness, compassion, love, rejection and happiness.

5. Vishuddha - "Throat chakra" is indicated in blue or red. This chakra is associated with speech, hearing, and the endocrine glands responsible for metabolism.

6. Ajna - "third eye" or "command" chakra symbolizes the convergence of two key energy flows in the human body. Ajna corresponds to indigo, purple or dark blue, but is officially called white. This chakra is related to the pituitary gland, development and growth.
Sahasrara - also known as the "crown chakra" or "thousand volumes" chakra symbolizes a pure state of consciousness. This chakra is located in the crown area and is indicated in purple or white. Sahasrara contains the highest wisdom.
The energetic anatomy and physiology of ancient saints provides a comprehensive approach to understanding overall health and health from the human to the subtle essence.
