This 7-day menu can be repeated over and over until all weight loss is completed. In addition, you should drink at least 4 glasses of water a day. You can add the following condiments to your meal:

  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • Tart
  • Worcestershire
  • Soy sauce
  • Mustard and ketchup

As you can see, this is a very low calorie diet that can be extremely extreme. Therefore, it takes a long time for you to stick to it. It can produce fast weight loss. However, because of its low calorie content, it causes slower metabolism and long-term gain. It also does not give any form of exercise guidance.

Therefore, the Russian Air Force's diet is only for you, if you want to lose weight quickly, but you know that you need to work harder to maintain this weight in the future.
