If you are attacked in a small bathroom - Self-defense defense bathroom attack

I recently read a very disturbing article about a young woman who was sexually assaulted in an airplane bathroom. She was attacked by a drunkard sitting in the seat next to the plane. It is hard to imagine an attack in such a tight place, such as an airplane and toilet, with a large number of passengers nearby. But it is. We must remember that sexual assault is an attack on opportunity. He followed her to the bathroom, controlling and intimidating her and attacking her.

When I started researching bathroom attacks, I realized that it was much more common than I thought. Girls and boys in the school bathroom, women in the mall washroom, park washroom and hotel bathroom.

When a drowned person kicks in the door, or pushes the bathroom, public bath or rest area behind you, it will be very shocking when attacking you. Let me be honest with you. When someone attacks you in the bathroom, he or she is doing it there because of the remote location provided by the bathroom.

The attacker's goal is to hurt, defeat you and control you. He can continue to sexually assault you and may kill you because of control and physical damage.

The bathroom attack I read was almost identical in each case. The first case occurred at least three or four times and occurred in different regions. They were involved in the accident, several single women entered the public bath, and were violently confronted by a male attacker, hiding in the booth.

My first lesson is consciousness. People who text or call will be an easy target. Don't stick it on your phone. Please pay attention to people lurking nearby and may follow you into the bathroom. Note that the door and lock seem to have been tampered with or damaged. It may be done freely. Believe in your instincts, if you feel uncomfortable, look for another bathroom. Be careful when you are alone in the bathroom. When a man comes out of a stall, he may just play stupid and pretend he thinks he is in the man's room.

If you are a woman, act first, don't listen to his excuses, run to the exit, while screaming a man following you into the bathroom. If he is hiding there for a while, he may know how much time he has to say before someone else enters.

The second case. You are at a booth and someone is kicking the door. The first reaction is pure shock until your adrenaline begins. The attacker will use these first shocking moments to defeat you or hit your face and then head. Head blows and blows can distract the victim. He or she can hit, hit your face with an object, or kick you a few times. Even if you are hit, you must take action. Turn your head and lift your head to your shoulders, then place your arms about 6 inches in front of your head and face to make a fist and absorb the impact.

If you can, go down to the next stop. If you do fail, get up immediately. If you can, use the door as a weapon and slam it into the attacker's face. Keep the defense of your fists and arms. Push him to the booth and make a clear escape for himself. Kick him to the knees and knees in the groin. Believe it or not, women can feel pain if they are kicked or kneeling in the pubic area.

If you can't get to the next booth, push your forearms and fists into the attacker's chin or chest as you stand up. Throw your forearms violently against the face, ribs, chest and shoulders, basically anything you can reach. Kick directly to the attacker's knee. When you stand up, be prepared, the attacker may try to kill you to control and fix you, or continue to hit you. This choke may be a front attack or a rear attack.

If the attacker tries to plug you from behind, push your hips back to his body to make him unbalanced. He elbowed his ribs. Taking a step to the right with your right foot almost at the same time will make it slowly lose balance. Place your left leg on your right leg and the left and right legs behind your right leg. Turn your right foot to him. Now you will face his right side. When you stand by him now, he will not be able to grab your neck. Use your left fist to rush to his back and right ribs. Then push all your forearms and elbows into him with all your strength, and this move will move him away from you. Run to the door. If he catches you again. Kick your heel back to his knees. Keep kicking and screaming.

I will describe the above escape from the left for reference. Push your hips back, elbow him, take a step forward, then immediately lift your right foot, and turn your left foot in his direction above and behind his left leg. Use your right hand to punch into his ribs and back, then use your left forearm to punch him forward and away from you.

Another trick that an attacker will use is to hit the head against a wall or against a hard surface such as a sink, toilet or hand dryer. Put your hands and forearms in front of you, so if he slams you, your arm will absorb the impact instead of your face. Put your chin on your shoulder. Kick your heel back to his knees. Continue to kick and try to step on his or her feet. When the attacker releases the handle, he even turns his body toward him with his elbows and forearms. This gives you several defense options. Place the elbows into the ribs, sternum, head, and then follow his head, ribs or throat or sternum with other fists.

Look at the last blocking situation from the front. He is likely to face you and will press or squeeze your neck with both hands. Regardless of your height, a very effective move is to stretch out his arms and grab the hand farthest from the hand you just moved.

For example, your right hand sticks out, grabs his little finger with your right hand, and pulls it straight toward the ceiling. Use your right hand to control your right hand, press your wrist with your forearm to apply pressure, and continue to bend the small pointing upwards. Once he starts to release, go to the right. You will continue to hold his hand with his palm, then slowly twist the little finger up, then pull the right hand toward you and pull it to the right. Continue to bend his little finger up. On the other hand, place the palm of your hand on the elbow and move your left foot to the right foot in parallel. Your feet are wide open.

If you grab his right hand with your right hand, you go to the right, pull him over there, and press your left palm into his right elbow. Guess, if he doesn't want his elbow to pop up, he will move with you. When he lost his balance, you held his arm and kneeped his face. Your right knee is easier. If you touch with your left hand, you will grab the little finger of his left hand and pull it straight toward the ceiling. Press your forearm into your wrist and go to the left. The left hand controls the left hand and the right palm presses into the elbow. Adjust your feet to make them parallel so that you can get a better position, put your knees on his face and use your left knee.

The attacker in the bathroom will hurt you and trap you! It won't be very beautiful, it's not a rehearsal movie scene. Everything will hurt, you will be exhausted, afraid, unable to breathe. But keep this in mind, he or she doesn't know that you are about to fight. You have learned some good combat skills, and the attacker will have no clue and shock, and can take an offense to break free. If you leave your wallet, bag or jacket at this crazy moment, don't look back. You have to be safe. Keep your focus and goals, you will.
