For some of us, getting physical and mental health seems to be a daunting task. Some of us are used to finding and finding our favorite ways to avoid feeling uncomfortable. Based on our previous experience and personal preferences, we may turn to a specific familiar and comfortable activity to avoid self-reflection and face our own inner and sometimes painful emotions. We may choose an obvious addictive activity, such as abuse of chemicals, drugs and recreational drugs, compulsive sex, workaholics or gambling, or we may choose less obvious avoidance activities, such as excessive exercise, uncontrollable Shopping, and even emotional outbursts are excessive.
Our internal and external energy sectors are influenced by the people and environment we are inclined to. Our physical vibrations are actually synchronized with other vibrations. It is well known that two young women who spend a lot of time together tend to form a synchronized menstrual cycle. However, most of us don't realize that all our organ systems and brain patterns are also in sync with people around us.
The study found that people who are overweight with overweight people or who spend time with other happy people tend to maintain their current weight, current attitude and current behavior. However, if an overweight person is surrounded by a thin, health-conscious friend and colleague, then the person may start to synchronize and make it easier to make choices that will help him or her lose weight. A happy person surrounded by depressed and negative people may gradually lose his or her positive prospects and happy smiles.
How does one start to change a way of life that does not lead to physical and mental health?
The first step is always AWARENESS
Pay attention and tell yourself about the real situation of your current physical and mental health continuum.
The second step is to observe your thoughts and actions.
Recognize these choices and behaviors that can affect your physical and mental health.
The third step is to feel your energy level.
Consciously notice whether you have high, medium, low or overactive energy levels and determine which factors may be related to your current energy level.
The fourth step is TUNE INTO your emotions.
Determine if your emotions are balanced, whether they are within your consciousness, or if they are over-controlled or unpredictable and your consciousness is controlled.
The fifth step is to achieve and define your passion.
If your passion and joy are caused by negative, self-defeating, harmful or even illegal activities, you need to dig deep into your mind, body and spirit to discover the core truths of your passion, which has been suppressed .
The sixth step is to relive your passion.
Seek and discover that the high level of focus, intensity, animation and fun you have is either completely suppressed or placed in a non-productive pursuit.
The seventh step is to get your own inner existence.
Find a way to get your inner spirit, your soul, your inner wisdom,
Through some form of concentrated internal activities, individuals are relaxed, contemplative, meditation and spiritual connections.
The eighth step is to find a systematic way to retrain your mind.
Scientists have discovered the neural plasticity of the brain, which adapts and changes throughout life and creates new pathways, brain patterns and brain maps.
Finally, when you start to regain your physical and mental health, you are able to grasp the concept that everyone and everything is vibrant. You begin to understand that we are all spiritual people who claim that we have our own innate rights to enjoy the miracle of creation.
When your own body and mind are finally in balance, you will naturally connect in one depth of your own, a place of spiritual adjustment. Life becomes easier, less struggle, and less upstream fighting. Life has become less effortful to "do" something, but more and more willing to "allow" life to gracefully unfold.
