Personal growth means change
I recently mourned the death of a dear friend. When I heard a lot of wonderful comments about his kind of people, I stopped to look at myself and see who I am. There is a huge room for growth in my life. Is there room for improvement in your life? Let's take a moment to learn how to grow into the people we want to be.
We all want to be the best. We sometimes see other people and appreciate some of their characteristics. We have read a lot of self-help books and hope to fine-tune ourselves. Many of these books have helped, but self-growth goes far beyond reading books. This means that we must stop wanting change and be proactive in creating change. Self-growth is about change, and change begins with us.
In order to make changes internally, you must first define your goals. Know what changes you want to make. You know the quality you want to throw away from life. record. Here are some ways to start doing some introspection work to help you define the changes you want to make in your life.
List some of the habits you often want to change. Do you know how you feel? Try to understand what others think of you. Write down how you want to be perceived and how to change your behavior to achieve this. Write down how you treat other people's psychological records. Do you feel good, you have treated the person you met. Do you feel good when you walk away? Think back to the criticisms I received in the past. Do you think they may have some truth? Are you objective enough to see the real you? Talk to an objective friend or family you trust to be fair and honest with you. Get some feedback about your feelings. Observe the behavior of the people you admire and take notes. Do you see the same characteristics? Write down the behaviors you don't like that you see in others and see if you share any of these features. Try to be objective. List the list you want to change. Personal growth means reflection
Indeed, we must love and accept ourselves unconditionally, but we must always strive to be the best. This is how we grow up. Self-acceptance should never affect your ability to do your best. In fact it should have the opposite effect. It should give you an idea of what you really are and where you need to make changes. This awareness will determine the severity of your reach beyond the current limits. Remember that personal growth can be measured by the magnitude of physical, mental, psychological, spiritual, and emotional.
Take a moment now to assess your life. Look inside to check the areas you want to improve.
Define your role. Who are you when no one is watching? Remove all window dressings, hem and accessories, who are you? Have you been in good health lately? Are you doing everything you can to take care of your body? Are you eating the right food and taking regular exercise? How will your friends, colleagues and contacts describe you? What do people say if they have to write your eulogy? How is your idea? Are you strong? Is your self-confidence and self-esteem at the highest point in history? If not, do you want to find a balance of emotions? What is your mental health status? Have you satisfied your spiritual needs? What is the condition of your soul? How do you treat others? Are you kind or are you condescending? Do you have time to help those who are not so lucky or self-centered to consume you? How is your ego? Is it intact? Are you modest or show off or show off? Are you a good parent? Are you yelling at your child? Are you raising a child with emotional balance? Do you help build strong self-esteem so that they can achieve a higher level of self-acceptance?When you look inward, it's important to understand that no single recipe can define how everyone grows. For each of us, this is not a single formula. It can begin by eager introspection and acceptance of change. Although it may be slow and difficult at first, you must be willing to stick to it whether you need it for a lifetime. Remember, you don't want to achieve perfection - you are just trying to achieve the best personal.
Personal growth means humility
In order for a person to grow up, one must be modest enough to recognize and accept the areas that need improvement. This sense of humility produces honest introspection that gives us a better understanding of the characteristics and behaviors we need to improve. This humility puts the self aside and creates an open attitude to accept constructive criticism. When we humble ourselves in this way, our lives will begin to experience tremendous personal growth.
With a spirit of humility, you can:
Lose self-center Better understand yourself and why you have to do what you do Better understand your behavior and accept the need for change Recognize your mistakes and be responsible for your actions. Recognize your kindness Become more aware of others More tolerantHumility is the beginning of knowledge. This is the beginning of a mentality to gain more wisdom and improve oneself. The all-round attitude has been calmed down, honest introspection and growth.
