The following four suggestions can turn average or poor track meetings into a great experience.
1. Exercise: Track and field competition should not be the place where athletes solve weekly problems. Athletes should rehearse and practice throughout the week and season to build the confidence they need to meet successfully.
2. Arrive early: Don't be late for track and field competitions. Give yourself enough time to find a location where you can hear the announcer and have enough time to check in. When you arrive, find out when you must weigh the tool, or you must check in before the time of your event.
3. Warm-up: Similar to your arrival in advance, leave enough time to warm up before the game. On arrival, you should place your equipment and items in the same place as your team, or where you will compete. General preheating is used to relax the stiff limbs.
