Before I started my healthy life journey, my understanding was that if I didn't feel well, I needed to add something - maybe a drug, or I prefer natural pathways, maybe vitamins, herbs, or even new exercise programs. .

This may seem overwhelming, but when you make the right intentions and the right knowledge, your health journey will be your most exciting journey.
If we first understand that we are three components: thought, body and spirit. Each of these three components needs to pay attention to proper health habits in order to feel the best overall.
Although sometimes we do need to add something, in the general sense, the first step in the healing journey is detoxification. What does this mean when it is broken down into three aspects: mind, body and spirit?
Reject the mind
Our words, thoughts and feelings greatly promote happiness or a stressful mode of survival. If you find that your thoughts are not the most enjoyable place to live, then it may be time to consider the ideas you allow. Have you always been worried about the idea? Is your mind constantly analyzing the situation? What could be the problem with "fixing" them?
The mind can be reprogrammed. It is called "neural plasticity" and literally means that the neurotransmitter is malleable and reproducible. This is not a quick fix, just like any other addiction, the negative mindset gives us a good, albeit temporary, soothing effect. It is important to understand that the reprogramming process begins with difficulty and becomes easier over time.
Detoxification body
Our body needs the help of this process, and the most effective detoxification method is the oldest. For any organ you want to focus on, there are some great regimes that can detoxify. You only need Google.
My favorite detoxification method is reflexology. For me, all I need to do is take off my shoes and the foot masseur will do the rest - it feels great! After years of medical treatment, I have genetic markers for detoxification, so my results are not typical.
