3 tips to help improve volleyball accuracy

Many volleyball players are often frustrated with their skills and aspects of the game; however, one skill can especially confuse volleyball players; this is a serve. Serving is the result of one-handed control of scoring and volleyball matches. In service, your height has nothing to do with your service skills. If you develop a stable serve, you will become a terrible force. The player behind his/her service, or the power behind his/her service, is mainly because their mind is not in service. This means that the number one tip to improve your serve is to make sure you take your serve seriously, and your thoughts, eyes and body are concentrated where you plan to serve. Pay attention to your body positioning, the ball's throwing, and your contact with the ball. Don't let anything around you distract your attention. Doing so will cause the team to lose one point.
