It may be the most terrifying kind of exercise... aerobic exercise. You hear it over and over again, ' I have to get my aerobics...' in my home gym [or if you prefer fitness center '], aerobics The equipment can be placed in a large [attic] attic overlooking the weight equipment. So people here say its way, ' I am going to go upstairs '. '
Anyway, most people don't like it. Well, the truth is that it is usually boring. Unbearable boredom. That's why more modern fitness centers have TV viewing and even free magazines [you know... those who show you all the secrets, and super space commanders who look like Mr. or Ms. - Hard Body] reading.
But the truth is, it doesn't have to be like this. You can decide [actually you have decided... most just don't know it] how it works and to stimulate your aerobics.
Let's start with what you want to accomplish. Most people do aerobic exercise to burn calories, which burns excess body fat. Great, now how best to complete a few inches down without spending HOURS on the elliptical.
If burning fat is the main reason you choose aerobic exercise, then there is no better time to do the first aerobic exercise on an empty stomach. Your blood sugar is at its lowest point, so the body turns to burn fat as a fuel. Nice.
But if you are not a person in the morning, don't despair. If you combine resistance training and aerobic exercise in the same training, first conduct resistance training. After your weight training, your glycogen [carbohydrate stored in muscle and liver] will be depleted because it first uses glycogen as a muscle fuel. Then your body turns to your obesity store for energy during your aerobic exercise.
Another way to imitate the morning routine [almost the same] is to make your heart fasting. Remember, in the previous chapter, the fasting was defined as 2 hours after the last meal and 1 hour before the next hour. So if you arrive at the gym at 5:45 pm, make sure you don't eat anything afterwards. Better yet, make sure your afternoon snacks are rich in protein, because then your metabolism overdigests the protein without any carbohydrates to supplement your glycogen.
Although this book is about how you learn how to minimize your fitness time, if I don't mention aerobic exercise twice a day, I am not fair to you. why? Because some of us are more difficult than others to get our body fat to an acceptable level. If that's you, and you can find time, 2 cardio workouts every 30-45 minutes can really speed up fat burning. In fact, when I have a lot of fat lost, I do 2 aerobic exercises every day until I reach the goal. Only then can I return to a course of treatment every day.
