What is the relationship between Tantric and Yoga?

So we often get a question, "What is Tantra Yoga?" Some people may call it "sexual yoga" or "sexy yoga" and see it as a way to achieve a better orgasm.

Then there is the form of yoga we are already familiar with in the West, with a studio on almost every corner of our modern city. We appeared in the yoga studio, put down the mat and practice the posture. That yoga, right? Yes, but this is just a form of yoga called "Hada" yoga.

Hatha Yoga is a physical exercise. Tantric Yoga is an exercise of energetic body.

What is an "energetic body?" You can look at it this way: all matter is made up of energy frequencies and is now confirmed by quantum physics. This includes our body. From the moment we understand to the moment we die, the energy of vitality runs through us. The energy of vitality is known in different cultures for its different names, such as Chi in Chinese, Kundalini in Sanskrit, Aura in Japanese, or power in Star Wars. Vitality and sexual energy are the same. It is the energy that brings us into this world. Most of the time, life forces sexual energy to appear in minority countries, and then sometimes appears in a state that is evoked. Tantric Yoga allows us to understand the energy of our life and its performance on the physical, emotional and psychological levels.

In order to gain an energetic awareness, we draw on the chakra system of the seven main energy centers in the body. Each chakra has a different perception, feel and reflection. For example, the heart chakra is located in the middle of the chest between the breasts and is associated with love and compassion and the ability to connect with others. This is seen when a person expresses love for something or someone and puts their hands on their hearts. We all know this experience. If the heart chakra is out of balance and restricted, we may feel disappointed with ourselves or others. Other chakras have other effects, all of which are equally important.

Connected to our energy center, we can begin to remove emotional, physical or mental barriers so that we can fully enjoy life. These blocks exist not only in the mind but also in the body. We look forward to Chakras to see where we are out of balance. Through breathing work, exercise, meditation, emotional and physical release processes, one can clear these obstacles and experience greater happiness and life in life. The final thing that happens is that the body begins to "work better", energy begins to flow more easily, and we feel more awake and become healthy.

This is also the main purpose of Hatha Yoga - making people's energy easier to flow. Alignment is the main focus of any Hatha yoga class. The pose [aka "Asanas"] is designed to give the body the best alignment. Not just for a better posture; there is a vibrant component behind each pose. For example, Virabhadrasana I [Warrior I] is very useful for building strength in the quadriceps and gluteal muscles, but also actively cultivates more courage and strength to face the challenges of life.

Therefore, Tantra and Hatha Yoga began to feed each other. For example, if a person practices a lot of Tantra, they may find that their practice is greatly improved. This is because when their energy runs better, their bodies naturally move toward optimal alignment. Conversely, if a person is primarily a Hatha Yoga practitioner, their body will begin to release emotional disorders as they are aligned. That's why not everyone feels calm or happy in a yoga class. When we started to breathe and stretched into our bodies, old emotions began to appear.

You can see that yoga has many shapes and forms. Tantra is a habit that leads to satisfaction and happiness in a lifetime. When working with Hatha Yoga, practitioners can experience strength and vitality in the body and energetic body.
