The importance of nutrition in our daily lives

Whenever we take any food or nutrient liquid, our body digests and absorbs the simple but essential minerals, vitamins, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and waters in these foods or nutrient liquids and converts them into blood. And energy to help our body grow and stay healthy.

Nutritional value is more important to the health of any individual. Whenever we take it, food or liquid can affect our body and health. Therefore, no matter what kind of food or liquid we take in our daily life, it is very important that we should know more about food or liquid. A large number of diseases occur only due to improper diet. Certain diets themselves can cause certain diseases or changes in known diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease or kidney disease.

Why is nutrition important to us?

We know that food and water are necessary to build our body and stay healthy. Every good food and liquid contains some important nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fat, some vitamins, minerals and water. These all play different roles in keeping our bodies healthy and building new cells in our bodies.

These are important nutrients and their role in our bodies:

protein:

Protein helps our body build muscle and a strong immune system. Basically the protein consists of long chain amino acids. There are 22 different types of amino acids that our body needs in order to function properly. Protein is a rich nutrient in our body that builds new tissues and repairs all damaged cells in the body. It also helps to form hormones and enzymes that play various roles in our body, such as metabolism and sexual development. There are many types of proteins that play different types of important roles in our bodies. For example, collagen is a protein that provides the strength, elasticity and composition of hair and skin. Some good sources of protein are lentils, low-fat dairy products, tofu, nuts, seeds, peas, and cardamom. Some common foods such as whole wheat bread, potatoes, corn and pasta also have protein. Soy protein is the most important and strong protein, and it is equal to any animal-derived protein.

Carbohydrates:

Carbohydrates give us energy. This is an ideal source of body energy because carbohydrates are more easily converted to glucose. It helps our body to provide energy for the formation of cellular components. Carbohydrates are composed of three compounds of carbon formed by plants, hydrogen and oxygen. There are four types of carbohydrates that are important - sugar, starch, fiber and gums. If you take carbohydrates regularly, it won't cause any weight gain, except like other food groups. There are two types of carbohydrates - complex and simple. The efficiency of carbohydrates can lead to the production of ketones in the body, which can lead to conditions known as ketosis. Good examples of carbohydrates are bread, potatoes, pasta, soda, French fries, sweets/candies, biscuits/biscuits, puddings, cakes, sugar, bananas, etc.

fat:

Fat provides us with extra energy. It is a nutrient and our body needs a certain amount of fat. It doesn't always make us fat. It protects our body by giving us protection from sudden changes in temperature and protecting our vital organs. Fat is composed of a variety of compounds, soluble in organic solvents, and insoluble in water. Fat provides 9 calories per gram. When dietary fat is digested, fatty acids are produced. It is also important for healthy skin and blood pressure regulation.

There are two types of saturated fat [solid at room temperature] and unsaturated fat [liquid at room temperature]. In order to obtain a sufficient amount of linoleic acid, one of the few fatty acids that the human body cannot produce. Any adult needs one tablespoon of unsaturated fat a day. Saturated fats are found mainly in dairy products such as butter, butter, cheese and some chocolates. The sources of unsaturated fats are soy, sunflower and corn oil.

Vitamins:

Vitamins are an organic compound that regulates our body processes and plays an important role in making our bodies function properly. Every vitamin has a specific job. Any specific low level of vitamins can cause deficiency. For example, if we don't get enough vitamin D, it can cause rickets. Lack of vitamins 'A' can cause night blindness.

If we eat a balanced diet, we will automatically get enough essential vitamins from our daily food or liquid. We don't even need to take any specific vitamins alone. Only in some cases, we need to take multiple vitamins daily for optimal health.

Minerals:

Minerals regulate our body processes and can also make body tissues. Minerals make our body work the same as vitamins, but it doesn't prevent weight loss. Although we get it from everyday food, we don't need to take it alone. Minerals enhance our immune system. Some important minerals are chloride, calcium, copper, chromium, fluoride, iron and iodine. These types of minerals can be found in our daily food or liquid supplements such as salt, soy sauce, milk, vegetable oil, whole grains, cheese, nuts, etc.

Water imparts shape to the cells and acts as a vehicle through which body processes can occur. It is the well-known but most important nutrient required by our body. It is also the most abundant liquid in our body, accounting for 70% of the total mass. It helps dissolve and carry the essential nutrients to all parts of the body. It also needs to help maintain body temperature and help take away the body's waste.

water:

In the human body, 70% of the total mass is covered by water. Water imparts shape to the cells and acts as a vehicle through which body processes can occur. It is very essential nutrients than all the nutrients available. It is also the most abundant type of fluid found in the human body. Water helps maintain body temperature and helps carry the body's waste.

We see that nutrition plays a very important role in our lives. Every food and liquid has its own nutritional value, which is very necessary in our lives. It can help extend or shorten our life and determine our degree or livelihood. It also contributes to our physical and mental development. We must understand the foods and liquids we take regularly.
