Is nutrition really 70% of your fitness success?

General statements and quotations are common in the fitness world. Some people do a good job of providing some guidance to the public, and some people lead to more confusion in my glimpses. I talked about one of these claims in this article, and nutrition is the key to everyone's fitness success.

There is no doubt that for some people, the diet includes plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, lean meats and poultry as well as healthy fats in oils, beans and nuts. But for others, eating a diet that is not as "healthy" as a nutrient standard, but exercising 5 to 7 days a week produces the exact results they want to achieve.

The key is that each of us should eat as healthy as possible to stay healthy, try to avoid any disease, and maintain optimal performance. The extent to which diet or exercise becomes the primary focus of a person's plan is actually an experimental problem that finds the right balance between the two long-term.

The key is long-term.

Listen, most people are hard to eat carefully 100% of the time. Long-term health is not about exercise and nutrition, but about making consistent choices that promote health and optimal performance. Work can sometimes hinder you. The school will hinder. Children may block their way. There are many factors that can make you lose your balance. However, our goal is to ensure that 90% of the meals contain the food we talked about, and when you have to eat a less nutritious food, you should eat it yourself.

If you focus on this, not whether exercise or nutrition should consume your energy and focus, you will usually achieve any goal you may have and live a healthier lifestyle. Start by ingesting a lot of vegetables per meal. Color is very important! So try not to get all the colors of the rainbow every day, but every week. The colors of fruits and vegetables come from specific phytochemicals and phytonutrients that not only impart color to the food, but also provide us with nutrients and intermediates as a catalyst for many body functions.

Whether you are a vegetarian or a vegetarian, it is the personal choice of most people. Food allergies and intolerance to meat and certain vegetables as well as seeds and nuts. However, you want to make sure that you get enough protein in a day to meet your unique body needs, mainly from whole fresh foods, followed by protein supplements, if you can't get them from a whole new source.

You can also get a healthy little amount of healthy fat, drink plenty of water and non-sugar drinks, and you will do well.

If you are doing all of this and losing weight is still a problem, then further digging into the amount of food being consumed and possible hormonal dysfunction may require investigation.

Try and find the right balance for you.
