Give wrestlers feedback on their game skills

Have you ever thought about being a coach, how can I give my wrestlers a consistent feedback on their performance? In addition to using videotapes, how to use the matching skill record developed by Hatfield Coach.

Before the video was widely used and readily available, I needed a way to quickly recapture and evaluate my wrestler during the game. I developed a so-called matching skill record. This is a simple form on a 51/2 x 81/2 card that I saved in a binder to quickly record the skills my wrestler showed during the game. With the advent of the video era, Match Skill Record enhances the wrestler's comments and analysis of his/her recording contest. Both have proven to be invaluable in providing the necessary feedback for wrestlers.

The game skill record includes the following:

·Scheduled score sheet

·Basic data on competitors and competitions

·Delete skill assessment

·Bottom position assessment

· Ride and pin evaluation

·comment......
