Can chiropractic improve your volleyball game?

Volleyball is a great sport. Everywhere you see people play beach volleyball in the sun. Whether you prefer to play on the field in the winter or meet up with friends on the beach, there are a few things you can do to make sure your game meets the standards.

When you serve or stab a ball, you will jump up and down. Although sand is definitely softer than hardwood floors, you can still put a lot of pressure on your spine. Jumping up and down in front of the net and keeping it in the ready position will put pressure on your waist. When you jump up and down, your spine and nervous system will enter the game state. When you twist and rotate your body to hit the ball, your hips and waist will be burdened. When you set a low shot and kneel down to reach it, your hips and ankles will be burdened. Fortunately, with regular chiropractic adjustments, you can improve your performance by regularly adjusting your spine and taking it.
