One of the most valuable things I do every day is to get up early to walk/run in the morning. This is a great way to start a new day. I found it to be the most effective first thing in the morning. It starts your metabolism and sets it for the rest of the day. Another reason for the best in the morning is because if I didn't get it at the time, I was usually too busy and I was gone for a day. This is a good time to wake my mind, focus, look at my life and thank me for everything I have. Many times, we are caught up in everything we don't have and don't realize what we have. This is a good time to rebuild the focus. Healthy fitness and weight loss start at the top and then roll down the hillside. For me, this is spiritual consistency, which keeps my spirit focused and everything else is followed. The morning air smells very sweet. The bird is singing, the sun is beginning to appear, it is a clean plate, a new beginning, trying to improve things that may require work.
I usually spend about half an hour or more. I try to maintain daily maintenance and success. For me, it's about being consistent, not letting you reach the limit of the day and getting hurt and not being able to exercise for the rest of the month. When I come back, I will sit down and read some spiritual, inspiring things, and enter prayer and worship. This is the highlight of my day. Without this, I can't live at the same level. This is my anchor and my rock music. Since then, my energy, strength and focus. When I was 30, my diet changed radically for many years. As I studied over the years, I refined what I ate to suit what I wanted to accomplish. Food is not my master.
This is my advice for breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Breakfast - cooked oatmeal or something similar, fresh fruit, water, juice and almond milk. You can have a hearty breakfast.
Snacks - nuts, fruits, vegetables
Lunch - chicken or fish, salad, vegetables and fruits
Snacks - Fruits and Vegetables
Dinner - some type of chicken, fish, red meat [sometimes], mixed vegetables and fruit platters for dessert.
You should try not to eat after 6 pm. Try to drink as much water and fresh juice as possible. If you can drink water with you, then you can drink all day.
Usually at night I am trying to use weight training. I usually try one or two body parts in one day and exercise four times a week.
This is my lifestyle for a busy day. I have found that if I use it as a routine, I am more likely to stick to it every day. When I woke up, I found myself the most successful. As long as I opened my eyes, my feet would hit the floor. This way, there is no time to think and talk about yourself. you know what I mean?
