You may feel that you will collapse or faint, but you won't, because you have no reason to see these feelings, if you don't quit quickly, you will think that something terrible will happen. This is why panic attacks may scare people because they don't know why, they may blame them at their place, cafe or movie theater.
There are many studies on the causes of panic disorder, and although the results still have no results, the main reason for my experience and research on others is due to long-term concerns and stress. Over time, the worries cup will remain full until it overflows and manifests itself as a full panic attack. There may be other factors, such as childhood events, emotional or physical abuse, or, in my case, material withdrawal. But no matter what the reason, with the right help and support, you can recover from any form of panic.
For most people, the scary part is that these panic feelings don't seem to appear when they are in danger. These feelings can appear at any time of the day, for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, keeping people in a panic cycle is fear of launching an attack again and avoiding it. They may panic while driving and then associate driving with panic to avoid returning to the back of the wheel. In a few cases, people may retreat indoors because they believe in doing so; they can avoid all situations that could trigger a panic attack.
Treating panic attacks
Understanding what happened during a panic attack may be the first step toward recovery. I like the attack called panic or adrenaline, it doesn't mean you are going crazy or having a heart attack. No matter how you feel, a panic attack will not hurt you; it will always calm down in time.
Recovery involves using the right technology and understanding it again. Many people don't realize how close their mindset is to their feelings. What you say to yourself before the panic attacks will have a huge impact on your feelings. You may be worried about a particular event or situation all day long, causing concern throughout the day. Is it interesting to feel panic when you get there? You may feel the first symptom of panic and create a whole set of ' if I crashed ' and ' Oh, my God, I can't cope with it. By doing this, you will increase your fear of fear and exacerbate your panic. I told many people to try to stay calm and feel the first signs of panic, try to observe their thinking patterns, and pay attention to all the "hypotheses."
The stage you really need to achieve is that you are no longer afraid of another attack. When everything you do is to avoid and avoid your feelings, it is easier said than done. The technique is to get out of your safe area and try to see the panic passing without trying to control it or stop it to match the feeling of panic. By doing this, you tell your body that there is nothing to worry about, your body will react to what you said, and if you are willing to let these feelings try to stop them, you may feel scared, but it will not grow. It won't grow because it has nothing to rely on. This is the panic caused by panic. It depends on all "Oh, my God, I can't do this", "What if I fool myself?", "I need to leave." "You tell your body that you are at risk and react accordingly by adding more adrenaline and feeding your fear." Many people think that if they panic without trying to stop panic or escape from panic, they will reach no return. I believe that this place does not exist. This is the reason to help me recover. Your instinct to escape during a panic attack is a normal reaction, but you really need to experience the feeling of panic and willingly move toward them. All you worry about is that these feelings are obvious, not cinemas or crowded shopping centers, you worry that it will make you afraid that you will be scared when you get there.
When you start to move toward these feelings, say "Well, come on, you are doing worse, do what you have to do, I don't care anymore." Don't be afraid of fear and see what the other is. When I started doing this, I realized that there would be no dark places where I would collapse or lose control. I used to see panic. I have stopped to avoid it because it obviously leaves me nowhere to go. This can be practiced, I am not pretending it is easy, but this is the way forward. If you do this again, you have already dealt with yourself, not the situation you found yourself. It is not important to find your position in time. Every situation will be like the other situation, you will realize for the first time. You do have some feelings that control you and hopefully overcome them. Fear likes to avoid, so start to eliminate some power and actively move toward your fear.
Many people's lives are plagued by panic. I know how hard it is, let the panic come and try to stay calm and your body is not easy to wander around you, but there is no need to climb the mountain in one day, just to make you feel Comfortable things, small wins can add up, let you have confidence to try more, so you can start to broaden your life.
Instead of saying "I can't cope" to myself, "I have to get out of here" just said "I am fine, this is just adrenaline, and nothing bad happens to me." If you plan to go somewhere and don't meet your day/week, go ahead and you may find that you really enjoy it, and there aren't many fears you worry about. This is not always your feelings, but your attitude towards your feelings can have a major impact.
Those who taught me many years ago said to me: "Paul, you must stay away from fear, not escape from them." This is the best single suggestion I have ever given.
I have seen many people overcome the panic and live a fulfilling and normal life. But the same is not cured overnight, and avoid paying anyone who claims to have, and does not put all your faith on a new tablet or pill, recovery will not be like this. It's all about knowledge and understanding of how the body works and reacts, and the right teaching recovery is achievable.
