Stop treating your symptoms - heal your mind, body and spirit

How do you feel now? If you know that you are generally healthy, check for subtle symptoms. Are you nervous in any part of your body - neck, shoulders, waist pain, abdomen, headache, tiredness? Are you working on a serious health checkup and are you experiencing symptoms of your health?

If you are experiencing a nuisance of mild physical symptoms, worrying about serious health stress or simple curiosity about how to maximize your energy and longevity, I am happy to share with you what a few Americans know because it is being AMA Repressed, APA and FDA.

Truth: Your body knows how to heal yourself

Your body design has a natural self-healing mechanism that is influenced by beliefs, thoughts and feelings from experience, education, religion, indoctrination and conditions.

How your body can kill cancer cells, repair broken proteins, delay aging, eliminate toxins, fight infections, get rid of foreign bodies, and maintain healthy natural wisdom. When these self-healing mechanisms lack emotional, physical and spiritual support for normal functioning, things will go wrong and disease will appear.

This is the truth meter. Your nervous system has an innate physical protection system - a "combat or escape" stress response dominated by a relaxation response run by the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. Your body's self-healing mechanism works only when your nervous system is in relaxation mode!

The "combat or escape" stress response was developed to protect you from danger. But now, we are very safe for danger, but our stress response triggers on average more than 50 times a day. how about it? The amygdala in your "fight or escape" brain will feel negative beliefs, thoughts and feelings, such as economic fear, relationship anxiety, work stress, loneliness or pessimism, because the threat is equally terrible or dangerous. Then there is BOOM. Scaredy-cat-amygdala will issue a red alert, and when this happens, your immune system will not be able to repair itself. No wonder your symptoms will increase until you concentrate!

The three main chemicals released during stress events are adrenaline, norepinephrine and cortisol. Each has a unique purpose.

  • Adrenaline It is produced by the adrenal gland after receiving information about the nervousness of the brain.

  • Norepinephrine It is a hormone similar to adrenaline, released from the adrenal gland and released from the brain, indicating a stressful event.

  • Cortisol Is a steroid hormone, well known from

    As a stress hormone
    Produced by the adrenal glands.

You can avoid stress reactions. You can actively activate your body's natural self-healing mechanism.

Six easy-to-activate treatment tools are key

There is no reasonable reason for being overwhelmed by stress. These scientifically proven health tools are effective health and wellness strategies for any health issues you may face today, and you may face them in the future.

Step 1: Believe that you can heal yourself - you can only change what you believe you can change

Do not believe that positive beliefs can cure the body? Think again! The overall medical institution has proven that the mind can heal the body for more than 50,000 years. Traditional Western medicine is called the "placebo effect" and has been shown to address symptoms and true physiological changes – in 80% of clinical trials, only sugar pills, saline injections or sham surgery are accepted.

When you think your condition is "incurable" or "chronic", it will be. Do not believe that your health may be resolved? View the Spontaneous Mitigation Project, which compiled more than 3,500 case studies demonstrating spontaneous healing of each symptom. Stage 4 cancer, HIV, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, autoimmune disease, and even untreated gunshot wounds to the head!

Reading these case studies will lead to a paradigm shift in the skepticism of indoctrination and conditional constraints. It's like a 4 minute mile story. Exercise physiologists believe that the body is physically unable to run a mile in less than four minutes - so no athletes have ever done it. Then in 1954, Roger Bannister developed a strategy to break the 4 minute mile. He ran a mile in three minutes and fifty-nine seconds. Once this restrictive belief is shattered, almost every athlete who participates in a world-class competition will complete the competition in less than four minutes. Today's world record time is 3:43:15, more than 15 seconds, more than 4 minutes.

When you believe that the body can't heal, it's like 4 minutes and a mile. As Henry Ford said, "If you think you can do something or think you can't do it, that's right."

It is very important that you only change what you think can be changed! I will say it again: you can only change what you think can be changed! This is about neuroscience, not some idiots or idiots in the sky term, but neuroscience based on actual observations. Neuroscience says you can only change what you think can be changed! Wayne Dyer said, "When you believe in it, you will see it." However, he limits himself to the full course while practicing what he is preaching.

So next time you tell yourself that something is impossible to think about. What is your block? What are you afraid of?

For a long time, people are weighing the evidence, analyzing and taking measurements to answer: "What should I believe?" It is now clear that this is a wrong question. The right question is, "What do I want to believe?" - Harry Palmer's scientific data proves that when you believe healing is possible, it can. So what do you want to believe?

Step 2: Find the right support

It is a misnomer to say that you can heal yourself, because scientific data proves that it is equally important for positive beliefs to nurture the overall health practitioners. They are optimistic and share your positive beliefs, including your true partnership and respect for you. Intuition, care about your health, and make sure you don't fight alone on your self-healing journey.

In addition, an effective health care team needs to integrate the overall practitioner into three health aspects - mind/emotion, body. And spirit. It is important to have the right healthcare practitioners in your health care team.

Step 3: Listen and respect your body and your instincts

No one knows your body better than you, even the doctors who have not tested, MRI, etc. Doctors know more about the arteries of the legs and the anatomy of the muscles or organs than you do, but you know what is best for your body and better than anyone else.

Yes! Your body is your responsibility. So listen to your instincts and believe what it tells you.

Don't connect with your instincts or don't know how to access it? Then listen to your body, this is a means your intuition uses to talk to you. If your body has a physical sensation - pain, tightness, nausea, tightness, dizziness - ask your body which part of your body needs to communicate with you. Then listen! This is the voice of your inner wisdom, which will guide you directly to meet your real needs.

Step 4: Discover and access the root cause of the symptoms

For example, your overall doctor may give you a diagnosis - migraine or irritable bowel syndrome or breast cancer. But the kind of diagnosis I'm talking about is the root cause of the stress response in your body, and it can invalidate your body's self-healing mechanism, giving symptoms that indicate something is wrong.

What aspects of your life activate your stress response? What relaxation reaction induces activities - such as meditation, unique personal expression, laughter, engaging in motivating you and your love of work, massage, yoga, playing with animals, in nature, including near fire and water. What do you ignore?

Symptoms are just an alarm, so force you to be serious about what is real in your life. You can act as a victim, or you can use these symptoms as an opportunity to arouse your emotional and spiritual growth.

If you are trying to solve a physical problem, what is its root cause? The emotional, physical, mental pain and depression of most people are rooted in childhood trauma or past lives.

Step 5: Write a prescription for yourself

This is not the prescription you filled out in the pharmacy. It is more like a self-directed action plan designed to adjust your self for optimal health and complete recovery.

Ask yourself, "What do I need to heal?" Your prescription may include dietary changes, exercise plans, and holistic health and wellness plans. This may include leaving a toxic relationship, quitting a sucking soul, adding a meditation exercise, taking steps to eliminate debt, or following passion.

Make your prescription specific. You need to take the courage to put your plan into action! If you find that it changes too much later, changes too little or requires a difference, you can rewrite the prescription.

Step 6: Surrender depends on the result

If you take a positive attitude, find the right overall health practitioner, use your intuition and thoughts, body and spirit, diagnose the root cause of your health, write a prescription for yourself and put it into action - but yours Symptoms persist? Are you doing something wrong? Is it your fault that symptoms persist?

Absolutely not - any beliefs, thoughts or statements about guilt, blame or shame about any person on a healing journey will activate more stressful reactions and harm the entire system.

What is the reason? This is when the art of surrender enters. Everything that some people do is "correct" and spontaneous...
