Part II: Mind - Faith - Phenomenon: Physiology of Optimism, Hope and Prayer

In an effort to make positive health and attitude changes, it is important to remember that physical health, mental health and mental health may depend on giving up negativity and choosing a more active lifestyle. This is not to say that all diseases are controlled by the mind; they are not. But as a registered nurse, it is difficult for me to find a single medical condition that is not affected by stress outside the appendix. Having said that, when the mind is carefree, as is the case when people pray, a more optimistic and hopeful perspective can then be adopted, as endorphins are released into the body and through the brain and body to promote healing.

We all heard this saying, "It's all in your mind." Well, it's a very demanding thing for anyone, not to mention people who don't feel well. However, when we think that the mind is "the head of the mind-body connection," it causes a lot of stress because it sometimes changes our mindset and adjusts our attitude toward the health of the body, mind and spirit. .

Like a self-fulfilling prophecy, a sullen, negative view can lead to poor social, emotional, psychological, and physical outcomes—especially in general health and health. If you suffer from insomnia and say it out loud, you know that you won't sleep that night, you may not. If you are given a new drug and are convinced that it will not work, then you may allow negativity to enter this situation as well. Positive thinking is the key to achieving positive health outcomes. Our thoughts and arguments are important because they affect our belief system and our ability to heal.

On the other hand, positive thinking is necessary for the best health and well-being of the body, mind and spirit. With a positive attitude, you can look forward to the future with hope and affirmation. Driven by prayer, a positive view can convince a person that there is a stronger force than himself to help each round and cure. It makes people full of hope, not despair and despair. This newly discovered optimism not only opens the door to improving health and quality of life, but it has changed people's body chemistry and promoted healing over and over again.

A positive thinking lifestyle can allow almost anyone to change their perspective and calm down, thereby increasing their metabolism and healing capabilities. Positive thinking has greatly changed the body chemistry, reduced the amount of cortisol in the body, and effectively promoted the maximum health of physical and mental health. from
