Keep calm and educated in an angry world

In the more than a year of having a new president of the United States, the world has become very divided and angry, requiring assurance and answers. Who is right? Who is wrong? How dare the other party think so? False news! The answer to all this lies in educating yourself, keeping calm, determining your own ethics and keeping open minds. Beyond news, research history, past biography of psychology and political participants.

To really understand why the other person is so angry with your president, read how he is in power. His philosophy is to attract audiences and ways to treat others. Do you think he is honest, understanding and diplomatic? Does he encourage unity or opposition? Is he a rebel, opening up a new path for a better life, or a tyrant who uses psychological tactics to manipulate and control everyone around him? Do you agree with his method or do they bother you? Only you can decide what is right or wrong. Follow your true inner beliefs, not the beliefs of others. Keeping a cool head allows us to think clearly without becoming overwhelmed.

Reading history is a great way to learn about past leadership styles and compare them with today's leaders. A true understanding of the rise of the Second World War, how Roosevelt and Hitler ruled, helped us to compare with modern leadership methods. Their styles vary widely. Countries unite to deal with an aggressive dictator who takes the stage on the basis of manipulation, charm and lies. The power of Hitler's rise is a study of psychology of emotional disorders, such as Sociopathy and Narcissism. If you don't have the power of judgment or anger, please pay attention to how such people can promise the sun and the moon to the people, and then bring his country and others to the depths of destruction. What is his motivation? Power and control.

Studying mental disorders helps to understand the motivations of leaders with emotional disorders. The most embarrassing dictators are the anti-social and narcissists. They use brainwashing techniques such as glamour, repeated lie and gatherings, and reinforce their beliefs over and over until the most vulnerable members of the public believe in them. Then, they build this lie foundation by using psychological techniques such as "gas lighting" to gain control and acceptance. Over time, they began to bully and attack those who did not agree with them. Over time, their tactics became more cruel and intense. Just observe and compare/compare past leaders with today's leaders. Who is a good and fair leader? Who is not? Ignore the party line and the news, who do you think is good for you and your family?

Finally, it is important to note that when it comes to political parties, we cannot change the minds of others. Our responsibility lies with ourselves, knowing the truth, not relying on the usual chats from different sources. Eliminate all these emotions and focus only on the facts. Reading articles about history, psychology, and understanding them helps us understand the mistakes of past emotional disorders and ultimately failed leaders. Our future depends on the honesty, diplomacy and fairness of all of us. Relying on unhealthy people is only a secret to failure, so we must be very cautious in our choices. Beyond flashy, glamour and charm, see the true personality. In a world of fake news, relying on facts is the way to get rid of chaos.
