Improve emotional health through role playing

Emotional health refers to mental health and may be affected by depression, anxiety and stress. These conditions can lead to physical problems such as sleep disorders and digestive disorders. Emotional health is not a lack of emotion; rather, it allows an individual to understand his or her emotions. The culture and art of role-playing has made an important contribution to improving the emotional well-being of many people. The positive emotions of role-playing contribute to the mental and physical well-being of those involved.

Cosplay's work focuses on the relationship between young people's perceptions of themselves and other participants in this fan culture. Fan art and role-playing are examples of visual cultures that teach visual culture, even if individuals are not eager to be an artist's profession. Role-playing includes the creation of creative clothing and the role of dressing and acting as a specific literary. The role-playing art was performed live at the fan conference and was often shared through galleries and personal websites. Role-playing art draws fans to learn the skills needed to make fan art, and the positive emotions that these skills bring to help the individual's physical well-being to accomplish these tasks [Lamerichs, 2010].

Role-playing attracts young people to choose their form of contact with art, based on the media that originally conveyed the story on which the art is based. The art of role-playing has evolved from exploring the internal self to the role-player role identity. From the perspective of self-efficacy, this is the ability of one to believe that one imagines himself as the art itself. Therefore, cosplay aims to cultivate a unique personal style. Role-playing creates a variety of means to measure an artist's abilities, such as online reviews in a personal gallery, and then helps the role-player further develop his or her skills.

Individuals learn the skills needed for role-playing through useful techniques, including perspective, perspective, and/or shadow. These techniques help improvise the emotional health of the participants. Role-playing focuses on fan art creators, which helps develop unique personal styles, including fan canonical [or "fans"] performance, which also helps improve the emotional health of players.

The motivation for creating fan art comes from the cosplayers' strong resonance with the stories in popular culture. This phenomenon is understandable through the process of self-seeking. The result of these artistic creation tasks leads to social interaction, which is achieved through the inner self-concept. The intrinsic impulses of personal and external social influences have spurred the deeper levels of fans, thereby increasing their artistic creativity [Manifold, 2009]. Achieving an effective state describes the internal and external experience of balancing self-efficacy. These artistic creative abilities and the desire to pursue themselves through internal and external experiences have brought positive results to the improvement of personal emotional and physical health.

Role-playing work affects the physical and mental health of participants and enhances their emotional well-being, thereby reducing anxiety and depression. Finally, the positive emotions involved in role-playing promote this improved emotional health by achieving personal well-being.
