How to choose the right discus

If you want to know why the last two blog posts are related to discus, the answer is simple. Track and field is coming, and many of Robbins Sports' customers will ask questions about the right track and field equipment. This is why I am driving this article.

Many high school students have entered the track and field season and are ready. They are very excited, sometimes they just jump in before they know all this is needed. This also applies to discus throwing. You might think that they don't have much discussion - you pick up a round metal object, rotate it a few times and throw things as much as possible, right? Well, this is the main theme of it. But to get the best distance, it's important to choose the right size discus. The chart below shows the correct size for the correct entrant.
