History coaches of three high school boys

The criteria for developing this list are as follows: an impressive list of successes, no recruitment of athletes, the ability to develop the entire roster, ahead of their time [innovators], and helping boys grow into better men their lives [also Called a mark on everyone he or she coached.] No more troubles:

1] Harry Johnson, men's track and field coach, South Eugene High School, Eugene, Oregon 1971-1977 - Seven State Championships.

When coach Johnson [who was quickly referred to as "Harry" throughout the state] took over the SEHS track and field program, they never won the state track and field championship in the history of the school. Only one high school in Eugene had won the North Eugene High School competitor ten years ago in track and field competitions.
