Fly fishing is a term used to describe fishing or fishing methods. It uses artificial "flies" as a bait to lure fishing. The fly is thrown into the water by means of a flywheel, a flying rod and a weighting line that must meet professional standards. These artificial fruit flies are similar to food organisms, other natural invertebrates; sometimes hair, feathers and even animals are natural and artificial. Compared to other forms of fishing, fly-fishing technology is very different because it involves throwing or throwing artificial flies that are almost weightless. They also vary with fishing locations or habitats such as bays, estuaries, lakes, ponds, rivers and streams.
The almost leisurely feeling of flying fishing provoked the famous writer Izaak Walton to call fly fishing "the entertainment of a contemplative man."
