Find your goodwill for food (or anything else)

My grandmother and I went to the vegetarian week last week. We have been eating vegetarian and vegetarian food for many years. Before my twins were born, my longest time was about 4 years, mainly vegetarian. I ate some fish and animal products but didn't eat other meat. I tend to have a vegan diet for many reasons; health benefits, less cruelty to animals, and less impact on our planet. This seems to be nothing good. But when I tried to go to vegetarian food, I often crashed and burned. This time I decided to stick to it and do my best. In the end, I ate 95% of the vegetarians. I was completely vegetarian and didn't have much struggle. My daughter is much stricter to her daughter, and she only cries on the last day.

Our family travels a lot and eats more than most people, and my husband is determined to eat meat camps, so sometimes our options are limited. I don't want to make up a story about how difficult it is for us to become vegetarian because of these circumstances. I know it will become easier. I have done this before.

How do I find out that I feel good about recycling:

I tried to love my planet and everyone. I felt bad about taking care of our planet from a place of fear, so I approached it from a place of love. I want to recycle it for a long time. I started collecting and sorting recyclables, but I rarely brought them to the recycling center, my husband would be frustrated by the confusion and throw them in the trash. It is becoming the focus of debate. I have been working on taking these items more often, but this is not the case. I don't think it's worse than recycling when trying to recycle.

I gave up the actual recycling, just took the time to build a good idea about recycling and noticed that others did a good job. I decided to do as much as I can to do some simple steps without letting myself fail. I use reusable grocery bags and I am very careful when recycling at restaurants and other places. Then I decided to ask myself some magical problems to make my subconscious work on the target.

One of my favorite alchemy courses is to ask the magic question. The magic problem is something you don't need to answer unnecessarily, but they will give you some positive attention to the subconscious, and the answer seems to be expressed through magic.

I asked myself some magical questions about recycling:

What if the recycling is simple?

What if I don't need to sort it and ship it to the recycling center?

What if I pay someone to recycle for me?

What if it is as simple as removing garbage?

Soon after I started asking myself these questions and trying to feel better about the recycling theme, our town implemented a recycling program. All I have to do is go to the city government to buy a special trash can for $25, then put all the recyclables in it, and then take it out with our regular garbage collector. I like it! I like to play games, trying to make sure our recyclable cans are fuller than my regular cans, and it will be full in a few weeks. Our garages are no longer dotted with items waiting to be recycled, and our city is making money for programs that benefit people living in our cities. Win-win!

I decided to adopt a healthier diet to implement this strategy. I will share some questions, and I ask myself to give you a model for any topic that you think doesn't get all the answers. Magic problems can lead you to find yourself feeling good, which usually leads to tangible results.

Want to understand the magical problem of vegetarianism:

What if more restaurants start to supply vegan food?

What if my favorite restaurant decides to add a vegan part to their menu?

What if you find a new way for meat eaters to get meat on our planet?

What if more people eat vegan?

What if I decide to enjoy the food in the best way now?

If you thank my food, will it bring better choice now?

What if I can affect the vibration of food before eating?

What if there is a simple choice to eat vegetarian food?

What if I believe that I can always buy the perfect food?

What if the meat eater has the right needs for them? What if vegans are right about their needs? What if there are many different diets that are best for different people? If we can meet everyone's needs in a way that meets everyone's needs, will not only harm our planet, but also our planet?

If I can find a simple "prone" approach to vegetarianism, such as eating vegan at home, but what is the best way to choose when traveling?

What if all kinds of food can benefit my body?

What if I make the food choice easy?

Now I am "prone" to eat vegetarian food and focus on choosing the best feeling choice at the time. I personally don't like to make rules. One of the rules I used to publish about eating is that I only eat what I like. I find that I tend to "eat better" anyway if I don't resist a rule about how I should eat.

If you make any changes and you try to make it feel difficult, I suggest you take some small steps now and focus on what it feels good now. Then, ask yourself some magical questions and let your subconscious mind work for you. Set the intent and you will find interesting, simple solutions. Relax and let them come to you.

I would love to know if you have a way to deal with situations where you have no simple answers or you may have any other comments.
