I from
I know sometimes I sound like a record. I repeat it to my clients, students, friends and family again and again. I will say it again. If you want to live a happy, peaceful life, self-care is not an option. Especially if you are a sensitive, sympathetic person.

Of course, elf care includes obvious elements such as nutrient-rich plant-rich diets, adequate exercise and good hygiene. If you want to stay healthy, no one is optional.

o Keeping happiness and inner peace, self-care must include emotional and spiritual practice. The daily practices I share below help me to maintain center, focus, optimism, connection, creativity, effectiveness, peace, and happiness.

These are the tools and techniques that are right for me. In most cases, I mix and match based on date, available time, and my emotional/spiritual needs. Some practices, such as meditation and gratitude, are not negotiable, and I do it every day.
Mediumfrom
I often do at least 4 or 5 days of these techniques. Some days I only do 2. Other days I might do it all! Some people are quick or easy to adapt in my days and they don't spend extra time. And, to be honest, when I don't do anything, this happens occasionally, and I feel completely lost focus, anxiety and anxiety. That's why I use the checklist to track my progress. I have learned a lot of difficulties and are not worth deviating from the track.

Create your own plan. Take any of the following techniques for you, add your own technology, and stuff them into your pockets during the day. In any case, choose at least one activity per day, such as meditation. These activities do not take a lot of time. And, as long as you are fueling them all day, you will optimize your energy.
meditation from
I practice some form of meditation every day, from 10 to 60 minutes. Sometimes I do two or more short meditations. Insight Timer is a great free app that I use to calculate my meditation time. It comes with a rich library of sounds, ring tones, meditation and music.

This includes music, podcasts, Hayhouse radios, audio lessons and more. I like to listen when I have dinner. This helps keep me positive and optimistic.

This is a practice anytime, anywhere. EFT Tapping is great for releasing anxiety, tension, fear, sadness or any other unwelcome emotions that may be infected.
More gratitude from
Gratefulness is something that can be expressed in many ways throughout the day. In addition to my 5 minute Thanksgiving meditation, I like spontaneous gratitude, or write a Thanksgiving list, or a thank you letter, or just say thank you, thank you, thank you, because I did something that made me happy. Gratefulness helps me feel a closer connection with the spiritual world. Moreover, the more I am grateful, the more I am grateful.
Natural walk from
