Beaded Bracelet Pattern: Posture, Ergonomics and Beads

I decided to do this article because after a week of beads, I had a terrible back pain. In order to get rid of all the embarrassment, a concerted effort was made. It would be easier if I just followed some simple guidelines to get good posture and ergonomics. Many of them are common sense, but we choose not to follow them because it is easier to predict or lazy.

The most important equipment is your chair, work area and lights. When you sit up straight, it is important to choose a chair that supports the entire back. It should also support your lower back, if not, put a cushion behind the back for extra support. When you are sitting in a chair, your feet should touch the ground and your knees and thighs should form a 90 degree angle. If you are not sure if it is 90 degrees, place your feet on the floor and put the pencil on your lap. It should not roll. Your back should be straight, no crouching or lazy! Under your desk, you can use your foot pedal to lift your foot to relieve the pressure on your back. The chair should preferably have armrests to hold the elbows and relieve the pressure on the shoulder muscles.

When you pull the chair under the work area, this [work area] should ideally be in the middle of the breast. This will prevent you from pushing your work forward or lazily backwards. This will help you keep your mind and ease your burden. Your elbows can be placed on the armrests of the chair. Your forearm should rest on the edge of the work area. You can also place your elbows on the work area; it depends on the technology you use.

The light of our work is very important. If the light is too weak, it will put unnecessary pressure on the eyes. The best light is a fluorescent light because it is a more natural light.

This does not mean that you can sit and work all day. You still need to get up often to stretch your back and legs.

You can do an extension to relieve neck and shoulder muscle fatigue: sit straight and let your chin fall to your chest, which will stretch the neck muscles and let your head recover. Now do the back and sides, don't bounce back in motion. Stretch your back; stand up straight, bend as far as possible, touch your toes, then up, then tilt to the right and then tilt to the left and tilt back. Just stretch to fit your own comfort. These extensions are repeated 3-5 times.

As visitors, our hands may be our most important part, so it is important to take care of them. Like an athlete, it is important to stretch your hands before starting work. Start with your fingers; "swing them" is like you hit a finger on the table; do it for 2-3 seconds. Then use your left hand to stretch your right thumb to the arm, try to touch one side of the forearm, and then do the same with the other hand. Now, hold your fist and hold it for 1-2 seconds, you can also use the pressure ball. For the wrist, put your hands together, just as you are praying, now press your left hand backwards with your right hand for 1-2 seconds, then do the same with your other hand. You are ready to start beading. You can also do this between and after the beads; it relaxes the muscles and relieves the tense muscles.

I have started implementing some of the above guidelines and I can feel the difference. I can spend more time doing projects in my workspace.
