A great teacher has shaped today's youth to create a better tomorrow.

There are several people in the world who can motivate children to do a lot of things. These people include professional athletes, celebrities, singers, Fortune 500 business owners, writers, and possibly even politicians. However, even if these people have the motivation to pursue careers in different directions, they all have one thing in common. They are all guided and inspired by the teacher. Whether it is basketball, sound, performance, business, writing or political science teachers, all of them are inspired by at least one educator or several teachers to enable them to reach their destination and where they are going.

Uninspired teacher Kobe Bryant did not win five NBA championships, Catherine Hepburn did not win the four best actress awards, Steve miracle did not win 25 Grammy Awards, Mark Zuckerberg did not Winning Facebook, Shakespeare does not write Romeo and Juliet and Barack Obama have not become the first African American president. All of these people are successful. However, without at least one inspiring teacher, none of them can succeed. 99% of the time, the teacher comes from somewhere in a classroom.

To be an inspiring teacher requires five basic characteristics; [1] they are passionate; they are passionate about education and teaching. [2] They promise; they are committed to being the best teacher of 365 days of the year, not just 190 days of signing a contract. [3] They have high expectations: motivate teachers to find ways to take students to the next level and prepare them for life outside the classroom. [4] They can enter; they are always accessible and can help their students whenever they need it. [5] Inspiring teachers are very concerned about the life and future of the children they serve. These five characteristics of inspiring teachers help to foster positive student relationships. These relationships motivate teachers to inspire students. As you develop these positive relationships, students will begin to trust you, invest in your classroom, transcend their expectations, build a passion and excitement of learning, and commit to excellence.

Inspiring teachers not only influence the student's career, but also instill the characteristics of an inspiring teacher in the student's mind, body and soul. Like those above who are inspired and continue to inspire today's children, those who appreciate and are taught by an inspiring teacher will continue to be inspiration as they become adults working in the field they want.

Imagine; the average teacher works 190 days a year, and the average education work is 30 years. This means that a teacher has about 5,400 days in his career to motivate as many children as possible. In these 30 years, they will provide an average of 2,550 students. If you only motivate 10 students in these 30 years, according to the definition of inspiring teachers, they continue to motivate 10 students/children in their careers. A single teacher will be responsible for motivating them. Thousands of people. Now imagine if we reach out to motivate 50 students to complete our career, as Arthur William Ward once said, "The mediocre teacher said. Good teacher explained. Good teacher shows. Great
from

The teacher is encouraged. "

If you are a teacher who has read this article, challenge yourself today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your career to inspire young people today. All these inspiring results will be one thing; a better tomorrow!
