5 triathlon danger

As a coach and top terminator of the top age group, I have participated in the triathlon in the past 5 years, and I have come to realize that there are many rewards for the triathlon. This may be a very intoxicating sport that really enhances one's self-esteem. Based on appropriate training techniques/coaching and some discipline in training and nutrition, introduce new limits and realize what your body can actually do. However, the sport has a dark side and I intend to provide the five most common pitfalls I think I have experienced and witnessed in the IRONMAN DISTANCE training. I deliberately pick out the complete iron man distance mainly because of its excess. The five dangers I am about to list are not my short-range events.
