The best heart for a fat-free life

Studies have shown that exercising for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days produces the most beneficial results. The problem is that if your heart rate rises to a level that is appropriate for your age and stays that level during most sports, the sport can cover a wide range of activities.

What kind of heart exercise should I do?

This is an interesting part - almost anything, as long as it is safe and follows the criteria for raising your heart rate. I like to mix it up, one day jogging and jogging in the park, another in folk dance classes, and so on. The simplest routine is also very effective - just a power walk, and arm pumping at a sufficient speed will provide a low-impact path to remove excess fat from the body. It's vital that you get bored and push yourself. For these reasons, I advocate a classroom or new hobby that is both practical and interesting. Some ideas include:

Ideally, you can divide your workout into four to five sessions, one or two per week for your new hobby or sport. Develop a four-week fitness program in the journal. How long does it take for our body to truly absorb and begin to feel the benefits of a new healthy habit.

Create a comment section that records your observations about the exercise session. Here, you can really improve your motivation by looking at yourself and watching your feelings about the conversation as necessary.

Is it interesting? Is it easier than last time? A little more than you expected? Please pay attention to all of this and you will start to understand the progress in the coming weeks. You can also create a space to suggest modifications for yourself, or even just write down which specific exercises are useful to you.

Remember, this is to take responsibility for your own body. The more you do, the more motivated you are to do the right thing for yourself.
