Slimness Equual Happiness?

I am reading a book called "Ask it to be given" and stumbled upon a sentence that seems to suddenly appear on me. It says... "The purpose in your life is to experience happiness." It makes me think that so many of us are looking forward to the beginning of 2010 as a new beginning, and have the opportunity to finally restore the size, are we chasing slim or happy?

Because there is a big difference between the two. You will assume [if you are overweight] that all slim people are happy and that all overweight people will feel depressed and depressed.

But you and I know that this is not the case in real life. Some of the most slim people God can give to the most people are probably the most unhappy, and some of the most overweight are a kind of happiness.

So the question I am asking today is... "Do you associate happiness with weight loss?"

Although you may think about how the scale will eventually move in the right direction, what if you are still not satisfied? If you join the gym or bike for a few hours, the idea will make you happy, don't do it. Happiness is an internal job. No one other than you or a weight scale can bring you!

So, I hope that one of the tips you removed from this article today is to list all the things that make you happy in life. Do your happiness first, and don't rely on weight loss to make you happy.

If you are happier, you will be more happy, and if weight loss seems like a side effect, don't be surprised. Because if you become embarrassed and unhappy, how likely is it that you will maintain this state for a long time?
