Simple fruit salad recipes are perfect for your next picnic

When someone mentions the word "salad", I immediately think of green leafy vegetables and other vegetables - definitely not a dessert! But don't forget to have a dessert version - salad using fruit! This is a refreshing dessert that not only benefits your taste buds, but also benefits your body. It's easy to prepare, you can use any fruit you like to create your own recipes - it's fun to try sweet cream sauce!

Now you can try some simple fruit salad recipes at home:

Cream pistachio fruit mix

what do you need:

  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups of crushed pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of fruit cocktail
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cup of orange, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen whipping topping, thawing
  • 1/2 cup instant pistachio pudding mix
Mix the crushed pineapple [including juice] and the Marx pudding mixture in a large mixing bowl. Beat the top. If the combination is good, add bananas, fruit cocktails, oranges and marshmallows to the bowl. The ingredients are very good. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.

Simple fruit and nut salad

what do you need:

  • 1 red apple, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 3/4 cup roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
Mix apples, mangoes and roasted cashews in a salad bowl. Pour the balsamic vinegar on the fruits and nuts, then season with cinnamon, grated ginger and salt. Mix well to combine ingredients well. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.

Fruit and yogurt dreams

what do you need:

  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled slice
  • 2 celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup of seedless grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup blackberry
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
In a large salad bowl, mix apple apples, oranges, celery, grapes and blackberries. There are chopped walnuts on top and then vanilla yogurt is added to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Cover the front of the table and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
