Supply: 3-4 adults for the main course
- 1 pound of ground beef or turkey or meat substitute
- 1 lg. Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. 3 tablespoons of Taco seasonings in Egypt
- 4 tablespoons water
- Seasoning with salt and pepper
For salads:
- 4 cups of lettuce, chopped
- C cup or 125 ml salsa
- 2 lg. Ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados ripe and cut into diced
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- Each sour cream doll
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add onions and red peppers. Boil at medium and high temperatures for about 3 minutes until the onion is translucent and begins to soften. Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Add meat, reduce calories to medium, and continue frying until the meat begins to brown. Add tacos seasoning and water. Continue cooking and stir regularly.
Add lettuce, salsa, tomatoes and avocados to the salad bowl. Take a toss.
3. Dispense the salad mixture on a single plate.
4. When the meat mixture is complete, wipe off any excess grease with a paper towel. When the meat is fully cooked, even topped with a plate, the top salad is served with cornflakes and a sour cream.
