Child custody - form on false allegations

Undoubtedly, the most evil strategy in child custody cases is that parents mistakenly accuse the other parent of doing something unimaginable for their child. This is obviously a desperate strategy for despair and intends to put the other parent on the defensive. Unfortunately, this is an effective strategy.

The good news is that you are an excellent parent with a good track record. The bad news is that allegations that need to be investigated have been filed. The good news is that the facts are by your side, and so is the time.

The first thing to remember is when the accused allegations are investigated and you will be involved in a fierce court dispute. The second thing is to deny any wrong practices. If your allegations are investigated by Child Protection Services [CPS], they will interview all interested parties and may give you a clean health status. Now this is good news! You can now teach you that you have passed the CPS survey and found that the charge has no value.

Now you can play as an attacker and continue to attack. You can ask what kind of parents will deliberately destroy the relationship with the other parent and openly want to know what they will do to be harmful to the child.

If the allegation is not investigated by the CPS but submitted to the court mediator or assessor, then a question is raised as to why it has never been filed. Make all the texts and emails you receive and make a request, as the subject of paying for an event is controversial, rather than accusing you of doing something terrible to your child. I said before, in this case, time is by your side. You now have a false accusation that always indicates that the other parent can lie on a large scale and will never be trusted. Time is always by your side, lying.
