In order to get something truly valuable in life, you must be able to stay motivated until the end. If the steps to achieve the goal are unpleasant, then it is illegal that you will complete it.
We all tend to lean towards happiness and stay away from pain. It is more fun to favor the good things in life! Set the goals you want to accomplish. Set goals that have a real benefit to you. Set goals that are important to you once they are completed. When setting goals, make sure your goals include the steps you want to perform and the steps you like! You have to achieve your goals for yourself, not because someone tells you that you really have to do this. If someone tells you that you should study a specific course at the university, and you are not interested in this course, do you think you will graduate? maybe not. Think carefully when deciding what you want to achieve. If you consider these points, you are more likely to achieve your goals!

4] What do I like most about pursuing the final result?

5] Is the behavior of each step as interesting as the fun I get after achieving my goal?
If you take these issues into account when setting goals, you will be more likely to stay motivated and achieve great goals!
