A hearty omelet recipe will make you a breakfast

Omelet is the staple food on the breakfast table. It is full of lightness and is very easy to make. The best part is that you can add your favorite ingredients [the meat, vegetables, even herbs and spices you choose!] in order to make it your own. Balsamic vinegar and caramelized onion omelet

what do you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 white onion, cut into rings
  • 1/2 cup cubic hard cheese you choose
  • Fried olives
  • Salt and black pepper sauce
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook until softened. Add olive oil to the pan and season with salt. Throw away the onions, remove them from the heat and set aside. Put the eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Fry in the same pot and add more olive oil if needed.   • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 6 large poppadums, baked and divided into chunks
  • 1 pepper, cut into diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Seasoning with salt and pepper
For spicy cashews:

  • 2/3 cup cashew nuts
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Make omelettes, beat eggs in a bowl, stir into peppers, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat the cooked peppers, onions, celery and mushrooms in medium heat until they soften. Pour the vegetables into the bowl with eggs. Fry the omelet to a slight brown color below. When you are ready, transfer to the service tray and cut into strips. To make spicy cashews, heat the oil in the pan with medium to high heat and fry the cashews. Add paprika, cumin, glutinous rice and oregano to the pan and stir until the ingredients are well mixed. Top omelet with spicy cashews.
