Gladwell studied the factors that contributed to high levels of success. To support his thesis, he studied why most Canadian hockey players were born in the first few months of the calendar year, how Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates realized his extreme wealth, how the Beatles became one of the most successful musicals. In human history - and more examples of papers that support him.

I, Herby, lists 10 excellent courses I have learned from this great book. I know that I need to practice these lessons constantly - day after day. The wording and additional ways of these courses make it easier for most of us to understand and absorb.

So, here, we will continue to read the 10 excellent courses in this book, which have had a great impact on me.

[1] If we insist that success is the simple function of personal value, we will make mistakes. It is important that we choose the rules of writing society.

[my point of view]

You can make sincere efforts, that's it. There are too many things that must be put in place in a synchronized manner - allowing you to achieve the results you want. Focus on your efforts. keep improving. Satisfied with your improvement. Don't worry about the results. The results of people with different opinions are different.

[2] Achievement is talent + practice / preparation, the latter is the main stakeholder.

[my point of view]

You can get talent. Even if you start from scratch, you can do it. Obviously, starting from one from

Give you a good start. However, what is difficult to obtain is the consistency required to achieve success. This is purely from your love of your craft.

[3] It takes about 10,000 hours of practice to become a world-class expert. It takes about 10 years to put in 10,000 hours of practice.

[my point of view]

Think about it before you jump, not excited about the initial success. Also, if you have already entered it, don't give up too early. You will definitely be tested for your patience and perseverance. Obviously, nothing is worth it - what should it be?

[4] Ten thousand hours is a fierce time. You can't do it all alone. You need a lot of encouragement and support, and you can't do part-time work to get there, because you don't have enough time every day to complete 10,000 hours of practice.

[my point of view]

You should plan for your freedom and then chase your passion full time. Those who believe that their passions and professions are independent of each other may be the biggest mistake in their lives. Resonance works only when your passion is your profession.

[5] IQ is important but only one point. In addition, there is your attitude. Just like in a basketball game, height is important, but it's just a point.

[6] No one, whether it is a rock star, a professional athlete, a billionaire, or even a genius - is fighting alone. They need guidance and support at the right age. Good parenting, a good environment is the key to producing legends.

[my point of view]

If you think you have done anything, then this is to abandon this misunderstanding. Even the world's largest creature can't grow without support. When it comes to leaving a legacy on this planet, there is nothing better than your child - instilling the right values.

[7] When you accept the paycheck, it basically comes down to what you think is correct for your next salary.

[8] Your chances of success depend not only on your intrinsic quality, but also on the way you are born in this world.

[my point of view]

The world is not fair to anyone. But this unfairness to everyone makes it a fair game.

[9] Most aviation accidents are not the result of any major mechanical or technical failure. These are usually small accidents that happen one after another - either neglected or not properly communicated in a clear way. Lack of communication has a lot to do with the culture of pilot and co-pilot birth and training.

[10] No one can rise in 360 days before a day, and can't make his family rich.

[my point of view]

Although there are many other reasons, this problem still exists at the highest level - because if something is pushing you and making you feel uncomfortable, get up at 4 am every day - all the days of the year - you are obviously unstoppable .

I hope that these 10 excellent courses will help you shape the thinking process to a certain extent and help you lead a better life.
